Merry Christmas.
Gusto ko pong humingi ng tulong para sa pinsan kong may problema sa pandining. Iniwan na po sya ng kanyang Nanay at ang Tatay nya naman po ay nalulong sa drugs. 10 years old na sya hindi pa rin nakakapag-aral. Kabilang po sila sa indigent family. San po kaya ako pedeng humingi ng tulong para sa pinsan ko, May kamahalan po kc ang hearing aid at never pa syang natingan ng espesyalista. Sana po matulungan nyo ang batang ito para mabuhay ng normal at tulungan nyo syang gumanda ang buhay nya sa kabila ng lahat ng masasakit na nangyari sa buhay nya sa murang edad.

I have a heart ailment and I got arthritis on both knee. They are both very painful to move. That’s why I can’t stand without assistance. Can you help me get a wheelchair and canes to help me go around or stand on my feet from time to time. Please help me.

Good day. I am a Mother of a Child with Autism, a girl, she is 7 years old now, how can she avail of free Therapy and Scholarship? and I also have a brother who has mental retardation who’s now 45 years old, his a male. I How can I avail assistance? since I don’t have a work now. Please help me.

Hello, I am a mother of a boy with cerebral palsy, he is about to turn 10yrs old this April 08, 2016. I would like to ask if how can i avail or change my son’s old wheel chair, he’s been using it for five years and we already change the tires kasi nag expire na and maliit na para sa kanya ang lumang wheel chair. Sana adoptive na wheel chair para talaga sa cerebral palsy patients kasi nahuhulog ang anak ko and we have to tie him with belts kasi nasasadsad na sa lupa mga paa nya. Sana po ma tulungan nyo kami at matugunan ang hiling namin. Taga City of Koronadal, South Cotabato pala kami…Salamat

Sana po matulungan nyo ako magkaron ng bagong saklay, mahigit 10yrs ko na po gamit ang saklay ko at dahil nataasan ko na sya ako po ay nakukuba na dahil hindi na sya tama sa sukat ko.

Itatanung ko lng po sana kung saan po kmi mkkhnp ng assistance sa hearing aid ng pamankin ko,kailngn p po kasi ng left ear nia,yung unang pares ng hearing aid nia ay mbilis nmn pong nasira,na binili p po ng mggndang loob samin,eto nmn pong bago ay sponsored by relative,wala nmn pong foundation n tumutugon sa amin,hindi n daw po nila kmi mtutulungan,hindi po nmin kyang bumili sa ngyun,sana ay matulungan nio kami?
