Good day we both with my husband connected in government unfortunately our salary is not enough for our two boys diagnosed with autism disorder(Global developmental delay) because of our salary and other financial needs not enough for the two boys, such as therapist, speech, , billings almost weekly we should have 2th for the therapist but our salary can’t make it .Hope someone can have a good heart for our financial problems.

My name is Sherwin Abuel 41y.o. unemployed and PWD. Hello po sa inyong lahat”. Ako po si Jericho Delos Santos. Meron po akong sakit na Hemophilia at tuluyan na pong naapektuhan ang tuhod ko. Gusto ko pong makatapos ng pag aaral pero hindi ko po kayang magtrabaho.Humihingi po ako ng tulong na financial para po sa aking pagpapaturok ng factor 8 o scholarship po sana dahil gusto ko pong makatapos ng college para magkaroon po ako ng mas madali at kaya kong trabaho.

Good day po..ako po si nestor john oba 15 years old po bulag po kanan mata ko at diagnosed po ako ng spina bifida..at nagsisimula na pong magkaroon ng problema ang aking kaliwang binti kya po hanggang ngayon po ngteteraphy po ako. grade 9 student po ako .pwede po ba akong mag apply ng educational assistance.ang tatay ko po ay isang employee at ang mama ko ay online seller po pero talaga pong hindi kasya ang kinikita .salamat po 🙂

Kamusta po sa lahat?, Akom po si Bernadette Tucit, may anak na na diagnosed na may ADHD, normal po syang pumapasok sa regular class hanggang drade 4, pero halos taon taon po ay pinapatanggal sya sa pinapsukan niyang eskwelahamg pampubliko ito po ay sa kadahilanang hindi daw po nila kaya ang behavior ng anak ko, at ngayon nga pong taon na ito, simula nung june naka tatlong eskwelahan na po ako hanggang sa huminto na po siya ngayon, gusto ko po snang humingi ng tulong para masuportahan ang kanyang pagaaral o kung maari po sanang akoy inyong matulungan para sya ay maipagamot at mapagaral. Sa ngayon po ako ay naghahanap ng home based na school for ADHD. Marami pong salamat and God Bless!

Magandang araw po. Pwede po ba mkahingi kami ng medical at financial assistance sa 6yr old anak ko na nadiagnosed na may autism spectrum disorder with globak development delay at may generalized tonjc-clonic epilepsy.
Medical kasi umiinom xa ng anti-convulsant (depakene) at pang therapy nya ( occupational, speech & psycology test).
Financial/educational, nag aaral po xa s sped as grade 1. Construction worker lng po asawa ko.. tg-manila po kmi..

Good day Sir/Ma’am;
I’m Crisanta Rosete with Chronic Kidney Disease stage 4. Currently enrolled @TIP manila taking up MEng EE – 18units. but due to my medical expenses, the income that I am able to acquire from my part time job is unable to sustain my medical expenses as well as my tuition fee.
