What is the use of distributing PWD ID, where such it is not being honored by established pharmacies here in Borongan, Eastern Samar and Tacloban, Leyte, to name with the Mercury Drug and Rose Pharmacy. On the part of the said pharmacies, they could not give discounts not unless their are resolution, order or whatsoever coming from Department of Health. Hey people… wake up!!! Think of what you are fighting for! This is for marginalized sector, what if one of you or your family become PWDs, is that the time you will act for this????
