5. prior to his present assignment as Chief Investigation Management Division of HPG, he handled sensitive position in the PNP-HPG such as Regional Chief of RHPU ARMM,COTABATO,RHPU 8 TACLOBAN,RHPU 12 GEN SANTOS AND RHPU 5 ALBAY.

6. Inspite of his busy schedule as regional officer of HPG, he finds time to participate in Social work and community services,when he was the Regional Chief of HPG ARMM, he initiated the medical services in one of the Barangay in Cotabato in coordination with other NGO and with the help of MADAM BAI SANDRA SEMA the wife of HON. Mayor SEMA.

In Tacloban with the help of the other NGO’s conducted a tree planting near at the Mac-arthur Park. In General Santos City with the help of Regional Chaplain,PSINSP ALEX PARDO conceptualized the commemoratin of the Station Of the Cross conducted at Tambler participated by different offices and members of PRO 12 with no less than PCSUPT KHU,DRDA and PCSUPT CIMATU, regional Director PRO 12, lead the commemoration of the Staion of the Cross.

In Region 5- Albay as Regional Chief he encourage other members to paricipate in the BLOOD LETTING ACTIVITY sponsored by BOMBO RADYO, aside from conducting lectures and seminars to other members of the radio group reminding them on how they can be of help to the PNP-HPG in terms of rendering police assistance to the public.

The herein nominee requested medicine from PCSO and with the help of doctors and nurses from AGO MEDICAL Center conducted Medical mission in one of the Barangay in CAMALIG ALBAY and distributed medicines provided by PCSO.

The herein nominee also distibuted relief goods to victims of TYPHOON REMING in COTMON CAMALIG ALBAY last April 2007.

Presently the herein nominee having been stationed at HPG HQ’s is regularly conducting MORAL VALUE FORMATION AT CUSTODIAL CENTER Camp Crame, Quezon City, with the help of some NGO’s and selected Pastors he personally lead the group in conducting visitation to inmates. Among the personality visited were HON. SENATOR ANTONIO TRILLANES JR., GEN GARCIA,PSSUPT PEDRO G RAMOS and many more inmates awaiting trials and promulgation of sentence.

Such undertakings deserve to be given a recognition.
