QC Hall was saying that until they have a clear memo and this case resolved, all persons with chronic illnesses like Systemic Lupus, Cancer etc. will not be considered disabled. Only those who cannot walk,speak,smell or hear are considered disabled.

My take on this is that “Disability” is the inability of a person to work and earn for his/her well-being.

I hope Â鶹´«Ã½ acknowledges that people with permanent chronic illnesses deserve to have their PWD IDs more. These people cannot work not because they lack one of their senses, but more because the usual employment can worsen their conditions, even kill them.
