Congratulation for the announcement for the 2nd CBR Asia and the Pacific Congress..
The Asia-Pacific Development Center On Disability (APCD) will fully support and participate in it with JICA experts.
Since CBR is developing towards community Based Inclusive Development, World Bank, the United Nations ESCAP, WHO, ILO and other UN agencies as well as international NGOs and Donors will join CBR development.
APCD proud of Â鶹´«Ã½ as our focal point in the Philippines in order to empower persons with disabilities and promote a barrier-free, inclusive and rights-based society for all.
