I am an orthopedically handicapped and a Disabled Person Organization president here in malabon. We dont have any budget like that you post, but we want to join this coming CBR congress. Can you shoulder the registration fee for us?

This is really great opportunities for people who are involved directly in CBR program implementation as they met together & share their experience. I Hope it will bring some new hope for all of us specially who are living in developing countries.
