By: JAM MALIXI /2011/05/17/persons-with-disabilities-finally-gets-20-discount-from-mercury-drugstores/#comment-8915 Mon, 05 Aug 2013 12:05:45 +0000 http://www.ncda.gov.ph/?p=2139#comment-8915 hi., pumunta po ako kasama ang anak ko merong generalized epilepsy sa munisipyo ng rodriguez para kumuha ng pwd i.d. card, nag dala kami ng mga requiremnts: clinical abstract., i.d. pictures birth certificate.. nag pinapunta kami sa barangay health center ang sabi ng doktor d daw qualified ang anak ko. hindi inissuehan ang anak ko ng medical certificate dahil wala daw disability ang anak ko. samanthalang na confined na ang anak ko sa philippine childrens medical center at na diagnose na meron generalized epilepsy. meron sya delayed sppech. tanong ko lang po kung qualified ang anak ko sa pwd card.

Since my mother had a stroke and totally di makausap and we had doctor prescription na sobrang nung gamot.We want to available that disability discount or even senior discount pero meron lang kaming Doctor Prescription name under the patience,senior I.D and authorization with thumb mark ng patient. and we spoke with your Store Manager (RONALD “BASTOS” TORRES) na BASTOS na di ka pa tapos magsalita TINALIKURAN KA NA KAMI!!!! at sabihan bigyan mo sila ng regualr price ng patalikod… we are trying na makiusap at iconsider yung dala namin docs. GANYAN BA ang manner ng mga empleyado nyo na itrato ang customer nyo. REMEMBER IMAGE AND REPUTATION that MERCURY DRUS CORP. are friendly and reliable!!!! pero with that of personal you had it seems na HRD of MDC should put all Store Manager and all staff to have seminars in how to treat customer or customer service procedure….REMEMBER ANG TAONG BUMILI SA INYO MABIGAT ANG DINADALANG STRESS. WE ARE FINANCIALLY AND EMOTIONALLY STRESS> tapos ganun pa kabastos yung taong mabibilihan mo!!! DI KAYO NAKAKATULONG!!!! NAKAKADAGDAG PA KAYO SA MAHAL NYO MAGPRESYO!!!
