The Cebu Province has passed Ordinance NO.2011-02 declaring the month of July of every year as 鈥淧ersons with Disabilities (PWDs) Month鈥� in Cebu. Authored by Board Member Arleigh Sitoy, the ordinance seeks to advocate the triumphs as well as the plight of our Filipino PWD brethren. The City Council in partnership with the Cultural, Historical, Sports and Tourism (CHEST) of Cebu has prepared entertainment and sports activities for Persons with Disabilities as part of the yearly celebrated Mandaue fiesta Celebrations.聽
