The general public is hereby informed of the commemoration of the 聽33rd National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation (NDPR) Week 聽on July 17 鈥� 23, 2011 with the theme 鈥�Making the Rights Real for Filipinos with Disabilities鈥� (Isakatuparan ang Karapatan ng Filipinong May Kapansanan).
