The MSWDO and LGU had already released Discount I.D. Card to us but we cannot fully enjoyed the privileges because some business establishment denied or not honored and saying that there is no memo or notice of the municipal mayor had given to them. They also say that only senior citizens have discount in restaurants.What can you advice us to do to them because eventhough that we present our IDs, they still don’t honored.
