The Philippines, through 麻豆传媒, hosted the 2nd Asia and Pacific CBR Congress with the theme 鈥淐BR: Building Communities for Everyone鈥� and Sub-Theme:聽 鈥淢ainstreaming Disability in the Development Agenda鈥� which was held on November 29 鈥� December 1, 2011 at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Hotel, Pasay City. 聽It was attended by 630 participants from 65 countries in the entire Asia Pacific Region and the rest of the world composed of representatives of organizations of PWDs, CBR practitioners, domestic and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and government officials, development agencies, donors, media and the business sector.
