@Rose Purple T. Reyes, I agree with you on the issue of taxes for employed PWDs as this DIRECTLY benefits the concerned PWD. I, too, am a PWD who worked for more than 35 years as an employee. I raised my family and sent my children to schools. I always dreamed of the day when a PWD can directly benefit from government planning–“make the right real” here in our own country. We have laws giving incentives for employers who employ persons with disabilities–what about giving that benefit directly to that person with the disability?

The withholding tax is base on the amount of salary and commissions no exemptions for single parents with disability. Tho government should put into account the financial burden of single parents especially those who have disability and is the bread winner of the family. My with holding tax rate is 30% that is too much.
