Deputy Executive Director of the Mr. ÌýMateo A. Lee, Jr. (2nd from left, above photo) awards a Braille watch for the blind to Eugemar Red Garcia, a 3rd year student from Quirino High School during the Closing Program of the Training of Parents Volunteers Assisting Special Education Teachers Handling Multiple Disabilities with Visual Impairments conducted by the which was held at the Â鶹´«Ã½ last February 17, 2012.Ìý Witnessing the awarding are Ms. Gina Dela Cruz, President and Mr. Francis Choy, PAVIC Chairman of the Board of Trustee.Ìý Other recipients of the Braille watches donated by Dr. Lur K. Pfau, a visually impaired lawyer from Switzerland and his wife Brigitte Ernest, are Angel Boo, Grade 5 student of Bambang Elementary School in and Reynmerc Endac, a Grade 2 student from Commonwealth Elementary School.ÌýÌý

Dr. Iur. K. Pfau, a visually impaired Lawyer from together with his wife Brigitte Ernest donated three (3) Swiss to the Council received by Â鶹´«Ã½ Deputy Executive Director Mateo A. Lee, Jr. on December 2, 2012. Said watches will be given to deserving high school students with visual impairment. He also looks forward to sending Braille materials for local students with visual impairment in the future.
